Questions about a job
Each local pro runs their own business. So for quotes, booking times or work they’ve already done, speak to the pro first. You’ll find their number on their page, as well as a button to request a call back.
A problem with a trader
First, try to sort out the problem with the pro. If that doesn’t work, tell us using the form above. Include the page link, the date of the job and what happened, and we’ll look into it. For advice on your consumer rights, you can also contact the Citizens Advice consumer service.
